Wellbeing Flow one to one programmes

As well as all of the programme information on this page, I’ve started by putting together some questions below for you to ask yourself. As you answer them, you’ll begin to find out if a Wellbeing Flow one to one programme is what you’ve been looking for.

Have you been feeling very anxious or struggled with anxiety for as long as you can remember? Perhaps it took you a long time to realise that what you’re experiencing is anxiety (it wasn’t talked about in the same ways in the past as it is now).

Have you been feeling down or depressed? Or have you felt depressed for a long time, or perhaps felt depressed on and off for as long as you can remember? Do you function day to day but feel down when you wake up, and throughout the day do you feel down more often than you think is ok.

Perhaps without even realising, have you suppressed challenging emotions with alcohol, drugs, food control, exercise or other things? This is known as self-medicating and wasn’t a term I’d heard of or consciously understood until 2017 myself.

Do you take a prescribed anti-anxiety or anti-depressant medication that you’re planning to taper off, you’re currently tapering off, or have you recently tapered off one? Or have you been off the medication for some time and have started to feel very unwell?

Do you often feel on high alert?

Have you been feeling strange about your life? Perhaps feeling disconnected?

Or have you been feeling numb to life, disengaged?

Have you been feeling all over the place? Restless?

Are you exhausted? Struggling to sleep, and when you do sleep are you waking up tired?

Have the people you’ve turned to for help told you that you need to get on with it (whatever the challenging way you’ve been feeling is), and as a result have you perhaps consciously or unconsciously pushed away and buried your emotions?

Do you feel you have no one to turn to?

Does society make you feel like you can’t get quiet and slow and listen to what your emotions are telling you?

Do you desperately want to just slow down?

Do you feel in survival mode or automatic pilot?

Have you had professional support previously, from mental health professionals perhaps, only to find that the same issues continue?

Do you want to feel better than you are feeling?

If you’ve answered yes to any of the questions above (perhaps yes to many of them, as we can feel so many different ways when we’re unwell and out of alignment), I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling this way, you are not alone.

What do Wellbeing Flow programmes contain

Fusion Therapeutic Coaching

Combines Person Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques and the Human Givens Approach. Your programme includes a toolkit of evidence based effective techniques to help support your healing, health and wellbeing.

Energy Healing

Also known as Reiki, a complementary and alternative modality, it helps to restore the balance of energies within you to support better mental, emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual wellbeing.

Vinyasa Yoga

Incorporates flowing physical movement and yoga poses (Asanas), breathwork and meditation, all of which can help your mind, body and spirit. Your body will thank you for the gentle mindful movement you will do in this one to one programme.

Wellbeing Coaching

Will help and support you to get to where you feel you want to be in different areas in your life in relation to your wellbeing.

All of these modalities and practices have personally helped and supported me in my healing and wellbeing, leading to a gentle transformation where I’m so much more healthy and more at peace. I will appropriately share with you my personal experiences because I have found in my deepest period of healing and throughout, that connection and sharing with those I feel comfortable with are an essential part of life and healing.

What to expect in your Wellbeing Flow
one to one programme

Before your programme starts, we’ll have a Client questionnaire call, this will take approximately 45 minutes. In the call I’ll also let you know what to expect before your first session.

An example session could look like this, here with a focus on how you are at the beginning of your programme:

We start the 2 hour session with breathwork and gentle movement. We’ll discuss your current state of being and feeling. It’s an opportunity for you to slow down and start reconnecting with yourself. Depending on what you’re experiencing, as your coach, I’ll decide what information and tools you would benefit from being provided with in this session. We’ll finish the session with a relaxation and positive mental rehearsal practice.

For a full 12 session sample programme, please contact me. All Wellbeing Flow one to one programmmes are tailored to you as an individual as we’re all different.

Take time for yourself

Ready to take time for yourself to heal, improve your wellbeing and gently move forward?

It's during your free connection call that we’ll know if we’re a good fit to work together.

Once you’ve let me know your thoughts and we’ve agreed to work together, I’ll arrange for all the important legal and administrative documents to be sent to you. Once you’ve returned the completed documents and a full programme payment is made, or payment schedule agreed, you would be sent all the proposed session dates and times. You can then check your availability and where needed we can move sessions around. Once that’s all agreed, I'll begin to prepare your programme ahead of our first session together.

Programmes are 12 sessions (over a period of 3 to 5 months), however due to the nature of some of things you might be working on with your healing and wellbeing, I’m able to be your coach for as long as we feel is needed. To start with, you can certainly expect to work with me for 12 sessions.

Having experience of financial difficulties, which related directly to my mental, emotional and physical health issues, I am always open to discussing payment plans. I'm writing this here because I feel reference to this can really help those of you experiencing financial difficulties who want to get the help and support you need but are worried about affordability.

10% of each Wellbeing Flow programme is donated to ActionAid, an international charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. ActionAid are ending violence and fighting poverty so that all women and girls, everywhere, can create the future they want.

Important note, in my work I can support women with their wellbeing who are tapering off or have tapered off Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRI) medications prescribed for anxiety, depression, stress, post-traumatic stress and pre-menstrual dysphoria.

Whilst tapering you must be under the supervision of your prescribing health professional whether that be your Doctor and/or Psychiatrist or other health professional. I am happy to liaise with any health professional.

I raise awareness about the need for full informed consent prior to taking Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs). This is something I feel very passionate about after my own experiences with the medications earlier in my life.
